Canaveral Industries, Inc affiliates and subsidiaries began operations some 23 years ago. It was
originally set up as a distributor/applicator of a variety of waterproofing and corrosion control products
for the building industry, and later became a manufacturer of these products.
In 1984 Imperial Research and Manufacturing Corporation was formed. This new corporation would do
extensive research, create new formulations and manufacture its own products.
Imperial Research and Manufacturing Corporation would research, develop and manufacture a line of
waterproofing and corrosion control products. It's principal customer would be AmTec. AmTec, in turn
would be a distributor for Imperial, selling to wholesale and retail customers. Imperial also does major
"TOLL" or contract manufacturing for several important customers.
